Quote Management: Reminders, Tracking, and Follow-Up

This article explains how to set up automatic quote reminders, create quotes, and manage the follow-up process when a customer approves or needs a reminder about a quote in Workshop Software.

Step 1: Turn On Automatic Quote Reminders

1. Go to Settings > Reminders.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Change the toggle “Automatically Send Quote Follow Ups” to Yes (Email or SMS will be used depending on the customer’s preferred contact method).
